Summary

In the role you will support various IT projects that enable the organizations digital transformation journey. You’ll identify business issues, gather requirements, design solutions and act as the bridge between the wider business and technical teams. You’ll map and document as-is and to be business process and lead workshops / sessions across the business. To be considered, you will need to be a Senior Business Analyst with a technical IT / digital background. Experience with projects involving IT system implementation, software development or process improvement is important. You’ll need to have good experience with agile ways of working and agile software development cycles including user stories, agile sprints and writing test scripts.

• Skilled at translating high-level asks into refined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experienced in backlog management, story refinement, and feature definition
• Ability to work with 3rd parties and delivery partners
• Confident running workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions

 Key Experience

• Proven experience working in large global organizations, ideally within structured governance frameworks
• Prior involvement in cloud migration programmes (understanding As-Is/To-Be process mapping, business impact assessments, etc.)
• Experience operating in digitally maturing environments where Agile ways of working are still evolving
• Familiarity with Gherkin-style syntax for writing acceptance criteria is a must.
• Comfortable working across a variety of systems including ERP, CRM, CPQ, PIM, and digital apps
• Strong commercial mindset – able to focus delivery around business and customer value
• Full lifecycle experience from Discovery, Define, Design through to Delivery and Adoption
