Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience working as a data analyst, business analyst, consultant or similar role.
- Experience with advanced data manipulation, database, and SQL (e.g., writing SQL Scripts, data pipelines, dashboarding, data visualization, and analysis).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising or sales environment.
- Ability to balance detailed execution with strategic vision.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to identify, prioritize, and architect data-driven solutions that address evolving business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and interactive dashboards, enabling real-time insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of annual and quarterly business plans, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with Go-To-Market, Sales Finance, gTech and Sales Leaders to define business requirements for reporting
